- Provide accurate project information, content, and approvals in a timely manner.
- Ensure you have the rights to use all materials provided to us.
4. Intellectual Property
- All custom code, designs, and deliverables remain our property until full payment is received.
- Upon payment, you are granted full ownership rights unless otherwise agreed.
5. Confidentiality
We agree to keep all client information and project details confidential unless disclosure is required by law.
6. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party breaches these Terms.
